...idle? I have a 96 pontiac grand am gt, i recently rebuilt the engine and now i have a problem when the car is started the idle fluctuates between 1.5 and 2.5 rpm steady like a wum wum wum sound idk whhat is wrong with it, please help thnak you

Really hard to narrow that down without actually hearing and seeing it could be lots of things ...vacuum leak, (check all of the hoses), idle air control valve gummed up, or many other things .. probably best to have it looked at by a trained tech...
