The upon applying the brake it would not release (this is a used vehicle) break fluid was in bad shape with water and gunk. Replaced master cylynder, cleand resevour and refilled, bleed at wheels, master cyl and ABS chunk. Was fine for 2 weeks now locked again, bleeding frees but they lock right back up as soon as brakes applied, Anyone out there in the know on the brake system for this vehicle? I could really use a hand with some advice as I cant afford a shop at the moment.

the calipers are probably sticking on because the rubber seals are perished due to contaminated fluid, also you cannot mix dot 4 with dot 5 fluid also if you have the rotors skimmed it can wreck the ABS , you can buy seal kits for the calipers and pistons

If not the caliper, how about an internally collapsed brake hose?

Could be the brake hoses too.

Since the brake fluid was in bad shape as you say it was, is could be anything that's rubber in the the brake system that dried up and broke down. Maybe you can do hoses and a see if there is a brake caliper rebuild kit to save some money. Rebuilding the calipers are fine, if they just need the seals redone and thing else.
