My van was running just fine, I parked and a week later I went to start it, nothing like a dead battery so I put in a new battery still nothing, I then checked the starter, replaced the starter, still nothing, traced my starter switch for power, power was there, but still nothing. Changed fuse box nothing, finally put a push button switch on the starter so I could get it running it did start with the button but still not the key, not the battery light stays on and the car seems to be running on the battery and not charging for some reason, alternator checks good. Anyone have a clue what I can do to fix this

How did you test the alternator?
Did you test any of the parts you already replaced, load tested battery, bench tested starter?
Did you test the starter relay?

Used a meter to test the alternator, bench tested starter was just fine but replaced anyway, ran continuity test on starter switch checked good used a multimeter. Replaced all the relays with new ones. Put a new battery in actually two new batteries another this spring. Retested and new fuse box as well. Still no start without push button and battery light still stays on

What is the alternator output voltage?

Not sure I think it tested around 14 volts

You changed the underhood fuse box relay, upper right?

You checked the neutral safety switch?
