Pontiac Solstice Oil Change?

I have a 2007 Pontiac Solstice. I've had it for a little over a year now and every time I've gotten an oil change the information on my dashboard would read "oil 100%" Recently, I have moved to another state and I just got my first oil change at a different place. After this oil change, I scrolled through my information on my dashboard and it read "Oil 64%" So my question is... Did these people not change my oil correctly? Or do I need to reset the information myself? I'm confused...

They didn't reset the oil life monitor. On many newer GM's, you turn the key to ON without starting the engine, pushing the gas to the floor three times, then turning the key off.
