Pontiac Solstice rental (Southern California)?

My father is coming over from Europe and I would like to surprise him by renting a Pontiac Solstice. Budget.com say they have it under their "street fleet" program but I have not been able to confirm this despite several phone calls. What do you recommend I do? Thank you !
 
It looks like you can get your answer on their web site by filling in the proper information. Did you try that?
