Today I was driving my Sunfire and while driving on the freeway, on my cluster it shows a low coolant light and i check if the car was overheating and it wasnt so I dont worry about it and I would check it when i get home. When I get home I park and I turn off the car and when I get off I hear a sound like fluid is leaking somewhere. And I check under the car, and I see ALOT of coolant under the car. I couldnt open the hood because it was so hot. So i let the car cool down for 30mins and i open to hood to find the there is very little coolant in the overflow. I saw the the coolant was coming out of the coolant overflow hose. I filled it up with half water and coolant and i attempt to turn on the car. It starts fine like usual but its leaking like a drop of coolant every 3-5 seconds. Im afraid to drive it because I feel like its going to do the same thing again and spill all the new coolant i put in.

Any suggestions why it would be doing this?

Heres a link to where it leaking from
