Pontiac Sunfire 2001 Wont Start? Wont start?

The starter is moving, the gas is full. The battery has enough juice to start. The battery is reading 9v. Can anyone help me?

first the battery is low, needs to be charged fully before you can perform any kind of test, might be the crank sensor or camshaft position sensor, possibly the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel injectors, coil pack, distributor cap, rotor, or any other variety of issues.

turn the key, and the car batt. is so post to be a 12v batt. not a 9v

won't start with 9 has to have 12 or better sound like you may have a dead cell. a bad batt won't give you a jump start with another car connected.
