pontiac sunfire lip kit?

Reason you cant find one is because:

a) its not rubber
b) its found on z24 model cavaliers
c) its custom fitted to his bumper
 
thats my car. Its also not a lip, its part of the bumper, molded
both my front and rear are one offs
