Pontiac Troubles :(

I have a 2000 Pontiac Montana and it has issues.. It has been shifting very rough with every gear and has a whine also.. I am clueless when it comes to vehicles so any info would be extremely appreciated.

Hard to tell from your description but it sounds like you should take your vehicle to a transmission shop.

yeah if it shifts hard it could be a sticking governor if its an automatic but manuals are completely different
