Possible suspension lowering options

Hi everyone. I have a 2007 Pontiac torrent. Fwd.

Here's what I'm trying to do. I would like to lower my ride height on both the front and the rear. I do not know specifically what I need to buy to do this. I have looked for a while now and cannot find anything as far as what I would use for the front and back suspension since I know the are different.

You need to find springs that are shorter or get some from a junk yard and start cutting them. By getting the second set from the junk yard you retain the ability to go back incase you dont like the result of cutting.
