Power Window problem

Hey, I was wondering does anyone know what can be the problem with my 1999 pontiac grand am GT? The driver's side power window quit working the other day and I don't know if a fuse in the switch was blown or the window motor quit. All the other windows and the sunroof still works. Also how much would something like this cost to fix? Thanks Chelhunt

mine has done the same thing.. its the motor that has died. if all the other windows work then its just the motor. i asked how much it was and for installation and part it ranges anywhere from 250-350 depending on what kind of place you go to.

same problem here,

repaired it myself, only the cost of the motor $40.

about 4-5 hour project
