Power windows switch??? Help!

Hello all,

Was wondering is its possible to get new ones? if so were do i buy it from. i've looked everywere and no one has them due to them being discontinued.

A alternative, is it easy to either rig up a aftermarket switch to them? is it easy to convert to manual windows?
