you have to torque the headers to a certain amount of lb's and you have to tighten the bolt in a specific order so go to an auto shop like auto zone or advanced auto parts and by a book that shows you how to do it.

you may have to take the motor mount bolts loose and jack up the motor slightly in order to get more room you can also trim the edge of the a/c box if needed
