I have been in love with the Fiero ever since I first saw one, and yesterday I made one of my favorite purchases of my life: An '85 Fiero GT notchback, v6 auto, 138k, runs great!

(It's got road grime all over it, haven't been able to wash it off in this freezing weather.)

As a first-time owner of a car like this I want to take care of it right. Any tips for care and driving? As far as I know it's all stock, anything that would be a good upgrade for it?

Also, this was one of the coolest things I think that came with the car that I geeked over a little. The guy had ALL the original manuals for it.

That's pretty sweet lookin car. I'm going tk look at my first in a couple days... '85 supercharged v6 5 speed, 40k on rebuild motor trans suspension n brakes... :)

Nice! Hope all goes well for you. Im in the middle of a 4cylinder to a v6 swap, and am having a hard time. Partly because I didnt pull the sub frame out. But lesson learned. Anyways have fun man.
