It should at the end of the top rad hose on that vehicle but if you're going to change it you should check the quality and mixture of the coolant with a anti-freeze tester be sure it's a good 50/50 mixture and good for at least -40c.Personally I prefer to change the coolant when I do the thermostat especially if it's never been changed the coolant in the past.

It is under the throttle body at the end of the top radiator hose. Remove the front bolt and loosen the rear. The rear hole should be slotted so it should slide off the loose bolt.
