Hey all, My brother has a 98 grand am gt. He was told by a mechanic that his catalytic converter needed to be replaced. He ordered a new one, while waiting for it to be delivered he looked under the car and it looks like there are 2 cats there. There are 2 "Bubbles" for lack of a better word in the exhaust pipe theres a flange and an O2 sensor between them. I assume that the first one (closest to the engine) is the cat because the O2 sensor is after it. Is the 2nd another one? or is that a resonator or something?
