rappid clicking noise

Its a clicking noise.Sounds like its behind the steering wheel.Its a 03 and 6 cylinder.The noise comes and goes.Sometimes a few clicks.Then it could be a lot of rapid clicks.Very annoying.Can anyone tell me what this problem is?

behind the wheel or more toward center of dash, could be flasher relay

Everything seems to be working good.Just that damn clicking noise.It could be coming from close to the center.Ears are not that good any more.Where would this flasher relay be located.If they go up doesn't something stop working?
