Re: 1973 Pontiac Grandville Whitewall Tires

Hello all,

I am looking to get new tires for a 1973 Pontiac Grandville Convertible. The size I currently have on the car is P235-75-15. I have 1.3 inch whitewall tires. They do not make that size any more. They only make 1.6 inch and 1 inch. Which ones should I go with? Also, does anyone know where I could find 1.3 inch whitewall tires in that size?

Mine are Broadway Classics and those tires have been discontinued. Coker and American classic only have 1.6 inch whitewall tires. Please advise. Thanks so much!

Isnt that choice between 1.6 and 1 more of a personnal taste? You may be disappointed with the 1 so go with the 1.6.
