Rear Captains Seat

I'm looking for an Aztek and like these seats, how rare are they, and were they offered every year? Do they come in Cloth or Leather only?

Is there any issues with these seats over the standard bench?

I've only ever seen them in leather and only on the AWD (GT) version.
Aztek's are rare enough, getting these adds a new level of rare.
I have the GT with the same configuration, but settled for the bench seat (in leather).
