Rear end squats a lot with weight???

I own a 1996 Sunfire 2.2 2 door. It has been on numerous trips with A LOT of weight in it, camping, long wkds to cottage etc etc. I have recently noticed that when I put passengers in the back that my car sits really low now. What could cause this? What would I need to replace? Thanks A Lot

How many miles on the car? Might consider putting some coilovers in it.
