Rear heat but no front?

Hey guys I've tried everything, I have no jet in the front of my van at all. Not even faint heat. In the back everything is fine nice hot heat but the front nothing. Things I've tried, replace thermostat, flush heater core, check aux heat pump. Did intake manifold gaskets and head gasket a few months ago . When you turn the heat dial it seems to flip over by the sound of it. Anything helps guys thanks! One thing I want to know is does the rear heat and front run off the same heater core?

Check Blend Door acuator mine had a broken gear

Mine would stick either with no heat or no AC. The blend door actuator is a PITA to remove and replace. Got one in the junkyard and replaced it. Disassembled it and found a plastic gear inside cracked and not allowing the gears to turn the blend door vane. It is held in with 3 screws which have hex heads. Don't remember the size. If you are a contortionist might help accessing the beast. On the driver's side middle of the dash.
If the blend door is stuck on the cold side it well feel like you are in an igloo in the winter.
