Can anyone tell me how difficult it is to replace a rear quarter window on a 2000 grand am? I just have no idea what all is involved. Is this something a shop has to do?
For the professional with the experience and right tools, it's probably less than a 10 minute job +/-.
For the DIY guy who's never done it before, make sure you vacuum up all the broken glass real good so the pro doesn't cut himself when he puts the new glass and seals in.
Well it turns out for the amateur with a pair of pliers and a screw driver it's about a 20 minute job. Definitely beats paying $125 just to have it installed.
