refinishing turbo wheels

hello.
well, I pulled the trigger on a 79 10th anniversary. don't have the car yet, but I noticed the factory turbo wheels on the car are dull.

what do you guys recommend to spruce these up some? sandpaper and aluminum polish?

If they are uncoated the aluminum polish is the product to use to clean them up.
