Remove Front-most Dash Panel in a Pontiac Aztek/Chevy Venture/Olds

Silhouette/Pontiac Montana? I need to remove the front-most, curved dash panel in my Aztek. There are identical panels in the Venture, Silhouette, and Montana. It is the panel where the windshield defroster vent is, and it is made out of black plastic in my Aztek.

See it? It's that black panel touching the windshield, with the vent in it?

How do I remove it? Are there clips/screws I need to remove?

Chiltons Auto repair manual is going to tell you all about it when you look in that section.

there should be screws that hold it down but I'm not positive.
