Revving RPMS in neutral

I have a 2001 Sunfire. It has a P0507 Code. We changed the TPS, Map and Idle Air Control Valve but my car keeps revving up and down between 2 and 3000. Not sure what else it could be. We checked for vaccuum leaks there isnt any. Do u think it could be aN air intake leak>

We also checked the throotle body and it is worrking fine

Thats what we r doin. Just bought an intake gasket. Hpefully it works. Its suckin air from somewhere.
