My tail lights as well as my dashboard do not work.. I know its not the bulbs because my blinker and break lights work.. my question is how much would it cost to get the part with the lights rewired? I'm not very smart when it comes to cars.

Have you checked the fuse(s) to the lamps. That's the first place to look. After that, look to the bulbs.
The tail lamps have two filaments; one for the tail lights, one for the brake/turn lights. It's possible the tail light part of the bulb could be toast, with the brake/turn light still working.
The dash lights are a different story. There are several lamps behind the gauges. All of them failing at once is rare. So I would be looking at the fuse to be the culprit for the dash lamps.
