rolling chassis swap

have a 63 cat conv. 4 speed car and has a bad frame. will need pulled for proper repair and was told by 2 fab shops to roll another custom or oem under it .
anyone out there had any luck doing so ?
lator gator usa builds a full independant with a c4 or c5 vette rear ?
open for suggestions for my ride ...

I guess a lot depends on your budget, the availability of a OEM frame in decent condition, and what you are trying to do, a restoration or a anything can be done ride. Start exploring both paths and see what obstacles you run into and what the costs are.
