RPO code help?!

I have found all RPO codes except one and have spent the last while looking for it. it is rpo code W82. Not sure what it is or if anyone else has seen it before? Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It is a Canadian RPO code:
W82 CANADA BILLING, EXTRA FUEL

Not exactly sure what it means or what it is, But it is on the Fiero's and Firebirds that were sold in Canada.
