Rust spot on floor after washing

I have a 2007 Solstice with less than 10,000 mi. on it. When we wash it there is always a rust spot on the concrete when we move it. We have taken it to two dealers for this problem and they both say the same thing " It's from the airconditioner". This doesn't make any sense because the car could have set in the garage all day and when we wash it we still get the rust spot. We are taking it back to the dealer again and hope to get a better explanation. The rust spot shows up on the concrete about one foot inside and one foot behind the right front tire. If anyone could give any suggestions I would be very thankfull. Thanks again, Jon

Take it to a service station and ask them to put it up on a lift unless of course you have a jack and stands and can check it yourself.

Would a rust proofing agent work? I've used this on metal gates and other outdoor parts, and it seems to work.
