Would anyone recommend using this if your head gasket is blown? Burning through a gallon of coolant everyother day and when idling the exchaust shoots out white cloud of smoke. I'm idling pretty low too under 1000 at times and puttering getting out of second gear. Not sure if it has anything to do with burning coolant and at times over heating... or if it just needs a good tune up.

If you have a blown head gasket the only fix is replacing it. Continuing to run the engine will result in further damage.

Tommy depending on how long you have been driving the car in this condition you may need to replace the engine.

I agree with both assessments. You're getting coolant in the oil, which compromises its lubricating qualities. So it'll munch the main and rod bearings eventually and is probably wearing away at an accelerated rate.

You could rebuild it instead of replacing it, or just get those head gaskets changed, change out the oil, and hope for the best. Sooner rather than later.
