Ok, I'm trying to find the hinge to a lever in the passenger seats second row. I dont know where to find it since it may be a odd part to find.
For more infomation about this, it's in the cluster that has the spring when you remove the back part of the seat.

I tried gmparts direct, checked the front door section didnt find anything.

Not sure why you checked front door for seat part.
Try a local salvage yard for a Montana, Chevy Uplander, Saturn Relay, or Buick Terraza.
