Securely attach the Pontiac emblem

When an accident fortunately without injures broke the front mask with grill. I got one of same color at yard but that was with the Pontiac emblem broke (someone tried to remove it incorrectly), later I got another emblem from other yard removing it by carefully inserting a very thin blade behind. What glue is the right one to stick it?, mask and emblem are plastic

Do you intend to remove all the old material first? You need a smooth surface.
