Has anyone replaced their Shaker Scoops weatherstripping yet? I know they sell replacements but the inserts don't line up and they are smaller than the original inserts. It comes with a templet for the new holes so I will just drill those in. Does anyone have tips on removing old weatherstrip adhesive? How about applying the new 3m Weatherstrip adhesive since that stuff is sticky?
