Shift solenoid B

Torrent trans was slipping bad this morning and traction control light stayed on along with engine light.
After work it didn't slip and TC light was off but engine light was still on.
Advanced auto read the codes tonight and got,
P0976 and code P0700
Can I and how hard is it to buy and change the shift solenoid on a 2006 Torrent?
