Sliding doors wont open...2006 Pontiac Montana SV6 minivan..?

I put my son into his seat in the minivan, shut the door and drove home. When I got home, the manual sliding door wouldn't open. So I tried the other side, that wouldn't open either! I tried locking and unlocking and yanking on the handles and pushing out. Doors will not open. HELP. What did I do? What can I do?

It's not a power sliding door, it's just a regular door. There are power locks. Not sure if any of this information helps. Thanks in advance!
 
First, get up out of the chair and go get your son out of the car.
Go to a shop. Also see if there's anything blocking any of the tracks.
 
Might just be stuck at rear of door. First make sure it is unlocking, if not, check fusesand relay. Then from inside pull handle and push out on back of door.
 
replacing of the door seals with a re engineered part may work
the cost was appro. $150 including labour.
not bad, but still, the problem should never have existed in the first place a cable might need to be tightened. The cost will be about $75.00 for labor try the WD-40

First I would try WD 40 and a swab of paper towels wrapped around a screw driver to clean out the tracks.
