Naw, actually my ignition switch is going out and solenoid relocation solves that for keeps! Plus, if it did ever go out again handling a fraction of the current it once did, I don't have to jack it up and crawl under with a screwdriver. Working great now and I still haven't put in the new switch yet!
Now, the highest current inside the passenger compartment is the HVAC fan switch and the stereo!!! I've got relays on my headlights so that switch will last forever too and there's no fire risk in my lap!!! Plus, my low beams stay on with the high beams.

Did that headlight conversion on the Silverado.........Just got to get a relay for the Bird to do it.
