Hi,

I just replaced the spark plugs in my 2007. WOW. Did not see it being that difficult. Boots were stuck on.

Anyways....new plugs and wires have now been installed. However, I could not re-attach the wires to the plastic close to the fire wall (2, 4, 6).

I tried but could not get them in. Is there a risk of the wires getting burned? Maybe to close to the exhaust manifold?

Any help would be great. Thanks.

Yep, I would try to zip the them to the plastic clips if u can't push them in. Or somehow secure them away from the heat.

Thanks...will try to do it. The replacement of spark plug wires was ridiculously difficult due to the boots being stuck on and in a VERY difficult spot.

Yes those are difficult to get to, especially when the plug wires stick to the plugs. Make sure the back wires are not too close to rub anything, and away from the exhaust manifold.
