the speedometer needel stays at 200km and move back when i starte going but never marks the righ speed is there anybody out there whith the same problem thanks.

If you do not have a check engine light on and the transmission is shifting normally, the problem is probably the speedometer head.

i was thold that the speedometer was run by sensors in the transmission or is that on other year.

Yes, there is a VSS, vehicle speed sensor, that tells the speedometer how fast the car is going. I thought you said it is stuck at 200 km when the vehicle is not moving, including when it is off?

no the needel goes up to the end wenth istarte the moteur than head back down when i start moving but still dont read the right speed

You can try changing the VSS, usuallly, if you have an automatic, the transmission will shift erratically when the VSS fails.

can i reach the vss from the outside of the transmition or do i have to take the transmition out. i was told the vss was inside

A speedometer is an instrument which provides the driver with instantaneous readings of speed. Traditional speedometers used gears and wires to determine speed, while most modern vehicles use speed sensors for the same. Common problems include, a faulty sensor, bad wiring, or dial malfunctions. Troubleshooting speedometer problems mostly call for a replacement of the speed sensor or cable, depending upon the vehicle. Both these repair jobs are simple to perform and can be done at home.

My speedometer on my 2007 torrent sometimes read that i’m Going 60 when the speedometer reads 50. What can cause it to be intermittent?

You stated the speedometer reads 60 when the speedometer reads 50 which makes no sense. I'm assuming you having some sort of speedometer inaccuracy that would be caused by the VSS, vehicle speed sensor located on the transmission.
