Hi everyone,

We just recently got new tires on our 2000 Montana. However, these tires were a different size than our old tires, and thus, the speedometer was off. I travelled behind our other vehicle and the speedometers differed by about 8 km (when i was going 88 km, for instance, i was really travelling a speed of 80 km). But I was recently told that there is no way possible for a vehicle to be off by 8 km - the most they can be off by is 2 km, or else your vehicle would not be able to drive properly. Is this the case? Have I been driving way too fast without realizing it?

Thanks for any answers,
