• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... We experienced part of Hurricane Wilma here in Port St. Lucie. We didn't get the break like areas farther south when the eye passed over, but then the tradeoff is that we didn't get quite as intense winds here either. When Frances and Jeanne blew over last year we got the eye both times but I was able to make a few repairs quickly and get back inside...it probably helped minimize damage, but it's still a dumb thing to do. But if the house needed it...

Anyway, any other Wilma veterans? I know Sal lives south of me in the West Palm area, and I wonder how he made out.

We took minimal damage, and were without power for only about 2 days. In the scheme of things, not bad at all.
