Strange DIC and warning light combination. 2008 Torrent AWD

Yesterday, I turned on my car in the morning in jersey and got the following messages/idiot lights on my 2008 Torrent AWD. To summarize:

Brake warning light on
ABS light on
Service Stabilitrak
Service traction control
AWD off

They stayed on for 50 miles. When I pulled into a Wawa and shut the car off to get something and turned in back on 15 minutes later, the messages were gone and the lights were off.

What do you think is going on?
 
could be a wheel sensor starting to go or dirt interfered with the sensor
 
Adding to the strangeness - my power windows no longer work, and the lights on them are not lit. Neither do the power door locks either from the door switches or the key fob. If you press the "lock" position on the door, you hear a click, but the door locks do not actuate. The rear wiper does not operate but the rear washer does.

There are no blown fuses to the power doors or to the BCM. I get a BCM error related to the radio, which I replaced with an aftermarket radio. To eliminate the new radio as a possibility in this issue, I disconnected it. The problem persists.

The alarm sets properly. I don't know if this is connected to my other issues or not.

I checked the window "fuse" but it is not the visible type. Turns out that the specs label this as a 2-bladed Circuit Breaker. As this is a cheap item, I'd replace it as a troubleshooting step. But I can't find a replacement anywhere - even on the GM parts website. Can anyone give me the number or proper description for this part so I can get another one?

I also measured the voltage and current going through that circuit. I don't know what spec is for it. The readings on my Fluke are:

14.7V
6 A
