So today, i got in my car and as i pulled away like usual, but this time something felt different, so i stepped on it and everything was fine, until i took my foot off the gas. As soon as i do so, i hear a rhythmic soft knocking sound, coming from the driver side of the vehicle. the rate at which it knocks depends on the speed i`m traveling. slow i go, the slower it knock, etc. the odd thing about this is that i only hear it when i dont touch the gas peddle, as soon as i do, all is quiet. I took the front tires off and check to make sure everything was tight, which it was, and still knocking. To better describe the sound, its almost like the sound that comes from kids putting a baseball card into their pedal bikes spokes. but its just one tick per revolution when going slow(<10km/h)
Does anyone have any clue what could be making the noise? also, its a 98 gt with 2.4L manual.
