Sunbird SE heater problem

I have a 92 Pontiac Sunbird SE. Blows hot air but very week. I replaced the blower motor and sensor already. I can hear the motor running the way it should but it is not blowing hot air in the vents for heat, defrost or the heater.

Your vacuum motors probably are not working correctly. You should be able to peek under the dash and see them, their little metal can looking things with an arm on it. One probably isnt opening or closing like it should. Only way to check them is watch when you switch the control to see which ones are moving.
