I have a 99 Sunfire 2.2L. The AC is not blowing cold. I evacuated the system, replaced the orifice tube, and recharged the system. It is supposed to take 1.35 lbs, but it only took about half of that. the clutch is engaging and the system is holding a charge even though its low. I hooked up a set of gauges to it and it is reading normal pressure on the low side (35-40psi), but abnormally high pressure on the high side (375psi). I've heard it might be the compressor, but it is making pressure so i don't fully understand how that could be the problem. I think there is some other blockage, but don't know where to look. any help?
