Th350 driven gear change speedo 20 mph off

I know that my speed is 20 mph off. How hard is it to change out the little gear. And what would cause this changing the rear end ?

Change in rear end gear or change in tire size. Very easy to change gear but first have to figure out which one you need and if it is still available.
