Its a Pontiac Montana 2003, coolant falls from some point above or around the screw indicated with the red arrow. It is not a small drip, it falls in worry quantity. Although the water pump is near 1 foot apart, I suspected of this and changed for a new one, but it didn't solve it. Looking under the oil cap and inside I don't see foam or any abnormal color in the motor oil, so (I hope) it doesn't seem to be entering water to the oil system. Any idea what causes the spill and how to fix it? Thanks

You have to determine where the coolant is leaking from. If it's the bolt try removing it and applying an antifreeze resistant rtv on the bolt and reinstall.
