When the police checked they found that the Rear right wheel automatuically locked, The car thief ended up DRAGGING the car for approximate 1/2 mile, He (she) destroyed the tire attempting to drive it, They believe the thieves have a device that bypasses the first four levels of security allowing them to enter the vehicle, stat the vehicle, shift into drive etc., BUT could not send compatible signal to the vehicles secuity system as the fifth level signal is imbedded in owner's car key. The tire was completely destroyed right down to the rim.

Have no idea what you mean by levels of security if you are talking about the factory system. There is nothing that locks wheels from the factory. Have the vehicle checked by a competent shop, you cannt guess about that over the internet.
