theft system 1996 sunfire?

I can't start my car, how do I reset the system, I read something like a valet override button, but I can't find that! someone that knows how to fix this problem?

You have Passlock, it disables fuel not the starter.
Have you load tested the battery?

Remove the battery and have it tested at a parts store or shop.
