We were saving this van as a backup for the van we replaced it with however i am tired of the space its taking up and our new one is giving us zero probs. Here is the story of this van:
Green 2000 montana ext w/leather bought it in 2004 and it was super, biggest van in its class with the gas milage to boot! In 2008 we lost the transmission and put a factory GM replacement in it by Courtesy pontiac 2000 miles later we found out about the intake manifold gasket after water hydrolocked the #1 cyl and broke a rod. We replaced this motor again with a GM crate motor at Victory Pontiac in Calera Al. Just when things were looking up for us my wife hydroplaned the van and totalled it out just weeks after the engine was installed. Knowing the insurance was not going pay what I had in the van I took a lower settlement and bought the van back knowing I was buying another Montana because my wife really likes them.
Now I have a van sitting covered up on a concrete slab that i am tired of looking at! I will sell the entire van to someone for $3000 dollars you get the good body parts, sliding door good, leather seats, good airbags (she sideswiped a large Pine), computer, Rims and other parts. Car is not drivable because I have scavenged some small parts off of it however with a jump battery it will start. I also can provide dates and records for the swaps.
