Trac off / ABS / SVS round three?

When i bought my grand am it came with the three dreaded dash lights in the title which happened to be related to the speed sensor wiring on the right front side. Not Knowing where the issue existed, i went ahead and replaced both the front hubs because the speed sensors are inside. That didn't solve the problem. I then went on to replace a 3 foot section of the RF sensor harness which solved the problem for 6 months..

The Lights came back, same code. I ordered another replacement section of the wiring harness and paid a professional to install it for me.

Five weeks later, the lights are back, and its the same code!


So this will be my third time dealing with these dash lights and this particular code lol. Do you guys have any suggestions?
 
isnt the speed sensor on the transmission housing? the ABS sensors are in the hubs. what are the exact codes you are getting?
 
Yes speed sensor is on the transmission. So you're scanning this with a tool that has ABS. Yes please post the codes.
 
This is the only code i'm seeing - c1233. The code points to:

Faulty right Front ABS Sensor
- right Front ABS Sensor harness is open or shorted
- right Front ABS Sensor circuit poor electrical connection

Maybe a typo on your part but that points to left front. Either a bad sensor or a bad connection or a bad wire harness.
